Family Camp Registration Is OPEN!
Instructions
- Each household must create a user account in OFRC’s new CampBrain online registration system in order to register for camp. Your CampBrain account will allow you to register for camp, modify your household and personal information, view your registration details and costs, and download/print your invoices and confirmations. Click the REGISTER HERE button above to set up your account. Then follow the step-by-step instructions to complete your registration.
- If you are an Oakland resident, select the appropriate Oakland Resident session option for each eligible member of your party during registration to receive Oakland Resident Rates. Families who are new to OFRC are also eligible for a 20% New Camper Discount: select the appropriate New Camper session option for each camper in your party during registration.
- Do you need financial assistance? First, please review our Campership Application Instructions. Then click the REGISTER HERE button above to create your user account, select the 2023 Campership Application from the CampBrain homepage, and follow the step-by-step instructions to complete your application.
- If you have difficulty setting up your CampBrain account or completing a camp registration or Campership Application, please send an email to with the subject line “Camp registration troubleshooting,” and we will respond as promptly as we can. If you are unable to register online, please reach out to us at . Our Registrar will get back to you within 3 to 5 business days and is happy to assist you with registration by phone.
2023 Family Camp Calendar
Each week of Family Camp has a unique theme and offers one 6-night session (Sunday to Saturday) and two 3-night sessions (Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday). Visit our Summer Family Camp page for more information about camp programs and activities.

2023 Family Camp Rates
There is a Facilities Maintenance Surcharge of $10 per Tent/Cabin per night. There is an Electricity Surcharge of $25 for 3 nights and $50 for 6 nights per Tent/Cabin if you choose a Tent or Cabin with electricity.
Discounts do not apply to Facilities and Electricity Surcharges.
Please Note: A deposit of 25% of your total costs is required to secure your reservation, and the remaining balance is due on May 15.

Campership Program
Thanks to the support of generous donors, supporters, and funders, we are able to provide a significant number of Camp Scholarships (“Camperships”) each summer to families who cannot afford the full cost of camp due to financial barriers or circumstantial hardships. Camperships are largely determined by household income and are only available to Oakland residents.
Campership applications can be submitted as part of the camp registration process. Review the Campership Application Instructions for more information on how to apply for a Campership during registration.
Please note that Camperships cannot be combined with discounts or promotions other than Oakland resident rates.
