Sequoyah Country Club

Think camp nostalgia meets cocktail party — a little sparkle, a little rustic, and a whole lot of FUN — all in support of our Campership & Outreach Fund.

Please arrive in cocktail and semi-formal wear, because this isn’t just camp…it’s Oaktown Glampout!

We’re talking playful camp-inspired games, fabulous prizes, swoon-worthy auction items, and a night full of laughter, community, and OFRC magic — all while raising critical funds to help more Oakland families get to nature. Rooted in our mission to promote and celebrate connections between nature, family, and community, this special evening helps us maintain and grow our impact, removing financial barriers so children and families can experience the joy, belonging, and lifelong memories that camp makes possible

Please Note: This is an adults-only event.

We kindly ask that guests arrange childcare in advance and join us for an evening designed especially for grown-up fun and fundraising.

Second Century Gala

Campers, supporters, and community leaders gathered at Jack London Square on April 26 for a festive and inspiring fundraiser to support our second century of building community in nature! Together we raised $190,000 to support equitable access to nature and meaningful outdoor programs for kids and families, including over $77,000 for our Campership & Outreach Fund that ensures all members of our community have access to an Oakland Feather River Camp experience.

100th Anniversary Gala

On March 16, 2024, we held our first-ever fundraising Gala in honor of our 100th anniversary. With 12 community sponsors and over 200 guests, the sold-out event raised more than $208,000 to support camp programs and access to OFRC. Learn more.
