Lodging: Our 90+ rustic wooden platform, canvas style tents and cabins are nestled among the trees or overlooking Spanish Creek. Nearly all tents and cabin sleeps up to four adults in cots or beds with a table, bench and shelves for your convenience. Stay in lower camp with electricity or upper camp, where the only lighting beside the moon is occasional common area lighting.
Rest Rooms/Bathing: Each area in camp has communal restroom and bathing facilities for men and for women. There are showers with private changing stalls and outlets at the sinks for your convenience.
Meals: Enjoy three healthy, delicious meals served buffet style. Vegetarian entrees and a salad bar are available daily. Early risers may want to have a cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Meal times are: Breakfast is at 8:30am, Lunch is at 12:30pm and Dinner is at 6:00pm. There is a separate mini-kitchen for campers to use, including those campers with special dietary needs.
Activities and Community Spaces: In addition to the dining hall and patio, the Veranda is a place where campers can gather for dancing or games. Check out the covered veranda for our camp library with a large collection of books to borrow during your stay. We also have courts for basketball, shuffleboard, and volleyball and a softball field. There are evening activities planned each night. They include: Campfires, Line Dancing, the weekly Camper Talent Show, Disco Bingo and Game Night!
Swimming: Our on-site swimming hole has a family beach and lifeguard on duty. You can also rent inner tubes and float your way
Horseback Riding: Trail rides will be available during your stay at camp. Sign up at the camp office. Pony rides are also available for our younger campers.
Massage: Our on-site Masseuse-In-Residence provides 1 hour massages daily for adults. Sign up for a slot in the camp office.
Camp Store: The store is open daily and sells ice cream, candy, batteries, personal items, necessities and camp memorabilia.
Laundry Facilities: There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers, dryers and a wash sink.
Medical Services: A designated camp health staff member is in residence for 24-hour, basic first aid. Extensive hospital services are minutes away in Quincy.
